Chief Executive of The Digbeth Trust
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
plus 5% contributory pension
Responsible to: Digbeth Trust Board through the Chairperson
Location: Birmingham
Overall Job Purpose
To lead and develop a successful and respected Trust serving Birmingham and the West Midlands.
The Digbeth Trust is looking for a highly motivated and innovative thinker with management experience in the Voluntary and Community Sector to continue the development of the Trust.
A highly motivated and innovative thinker, you will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent), understand the challenges facing the Sector and will be proactive in identifying opportunities for development whether acting as our public face, expanding service delivery or using your income generation skills to secure funding.
Working with our Board of Trustees, you'll assume responsibility for our strategic, operational, marketing and financial management. With highly polished communication and networking skills, you will engage with our stakeholders partners and membership, providing strong and clear strategic thinking and leadership of the Trust.
